Shipping :
Your order will be shipped directly from our warehouse. If you have specific shipping requirements, please note them in the space provided. Your order will be shipped standard ground via FedEx unless other arrangements are made in advance. Shipping charges will be assessed and added to your order at time of shipping.
Orders are typically shipped within 5 business days on items in stock. If you have specific shipping requirements or dates when items are needed, please send us an email to contact@bbbakery.com and we will attempt to address your needs.

We stand behind all of our products. If you are not satisfied, please contact us through email or phone and we will discuss your situation. We will do everything within our power to make sure that you are 100% satisfied.

Return policy:
We cannot accept returns on food items. If you are not satisfied with the item you have purchased, please feel free to contact us by phone at 770-992-5813 or email to contact@bbbakery.com. We will try to find a way to assist your needs. Refunds or replacements can only be given for inquiries within 14 days of the shipment date. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

At the present time we are using Pay Pal for all our payment needs. We do not keep or collect any credit card information from our customers to protect your privacy. How ever, you do have to provide Pay Pal with some payment information of your choice to be able to actually initiate a payment. Pay Pal is handling thousands of transactions for Ebay every single day and we feel, that this is the best payment option available to secure your interests.
